Frequently asked
How accurate are the market valuations?
Valuations are estimates built from live market reference data for your watch's reference number, combined with the community's own estimates. They're a well-informed guide for insurance and tracking, not a guaranteed sale price — the market for a specific piece always decides on the day.
Who can see my purchase price and serial number?
Only you. Private ownership records — purchase price, serial number, service history — never appear to other users and are only ever exported in appraisal PDFs you create yourself. With Premium you can also mark an entire watch as private, hiding it from the community completely while it still counts in your portfolio.
How do I cancel or manage my Premium subscription?
Premium is billed through Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select WristFlex. Cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date stops the next charge. Premium features stay active until the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through them: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the WristFlex purchase.
How does the insurance appraisal PDF work?
With Premium, open Portfolio from your profile and tap the export icon — WristFlex builds a PDF with each watch's photo, reference, serial number, and current estimated value: the document most insurers ask for when covering a collection.
How do Watch Challenges work?
Pick two to eight watches, create a challenge, and share the link anywhere — WhatsApp, Instagram, a group chat. Anyone who opens it on an iPhone with WristFlex installed lands straight in the duel; new collectors are guided to download the app first, then vote.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile, then Settings, then Delete Account. Your profile, stats, and badges are deleted; uploaded watches and votes are anonymized so community totals stay accurate, and your comments and estimates are removed. You can also email us and we'll take care of it.
Which devices are supported?
WristFlex is built for iPhone. iPad and Android are on the roadmap — email us if you'd like to hear when they arrive.
